Personal Import vs Wholesale
Personal Import Only. All orders placed on ViaBestBuys are intended to fall under personal-use import allowances available in many countries (US, UK, AU, EU states, Singapore, etc.). These allowances are different from commercial or wholesale import and usually do not require the overseas exporter to be listed on national pharmacy registers. Customers must not resell the products.

For the US/UK/AU/EU/SG our model is butter smooth
We ship in small, personal-use quantities and split packages when needed. We use backup hubs and cover import duties and fees, so delivery is smooth for you. Some destinations, notably Canada and Singapore, strictly limit the size of a single parcel. For these countries, we automatically split orders into parcels of 90 tablets and ship them monthly or bi-monthly to stay within local limits.

Our Logistics Model
Primary route: export from India under valid export permissions. Backup warehouses: for selected SKUs temporarily not eligible for India export in a specific month (policy changes, manufacturer limits) we may fulfil from Singapore or UAE (Dubai), where export of those SKUs is not restricted.
Reviews & Safety
Some platforms (such as Trustpilot) do not accept review collection for pharmacies or for cross-border Rx. We therefore collect and display reviews only on platforms where this is permitted, such as Reviews.io or Yotpo. Quantity allowed: in the UK modafinil is a prescription-only medicine, so the key test is medical need and personal use — not a hard public “90-day” number like in AU. We therefore align with the same safe benchmark: up to ~3 months’ / 90 days’ personal supply.
Package size: UK border/MHRA usually looks at what is inside (is it POM? is it clearly for one person?) rather than at the physical size of the parcel. There is no published general cap on the box size for every medicine.

Quantity allowed: under the TGA Personal Importation Scheme you can usually bring in up to 3 months’ supply of a prescription medicine for your own use. That’s the benchmark we follow for modafinil.
Package size: Australia focuses on the amount of medicine (is it ≤3 months and for you?) rather than on the physical carton size. There’s no universal rule that the box itself must be tiny.
